Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

We take great care in packaging your perfume to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your perfume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page, where we will request clear photos of the damage. We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost to you and will arrange for convenient return shipping of the damaged item, if necessary.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the personal nature and hygiene considerations associated with fragrance products, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Of course, this does not apply to perfumes that arrive damaged or defective.
